Onboard Training – RWS Trainees (Group 2)
The second group of RWS trainees was ready to continue their development. Two months after completing their simulator training, I joined the Merwestroom in Vlissingen to begin the onboard training phase.
While the previous trip took us to the far north of the Netherlands, this time it was the southwest region that took its turn.
It was a fun and rewarding week — great to see how the trainees are progressing and growing in confidence and skill on board.
